What is Muscle Flossing?

Muscle Flossing or Voodoo Band Flossing, is where you wrap a muscle or a joint with specialized elastic bands providing a compressive force on the muscle.


The benefits of muscle flossing are:

  • Forces fluid out of joints and tissues

  • Improve range of motion

  • Decreases pain levels


Using muscle floss before a workout is a great way to prepare your body for a great workout!
